Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available for a one-time flat fee of $15.00. Delivery times for expedited shipping may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. The AZ Hat is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.
