Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
At The AZ Hat, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering errors, or personal preference.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.
To submit a defect claim, please email support@theazhat.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect
- Clear photos of the product packaging
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping carrier.
If, after review, we determine that the product has a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement item or another appropriate resolution.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
